At Nurtura Child Care, we value your time and strive to offer flexible scheduling for all parents.
1. Appointment ReschedulingYou can reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before your booked time without any charge.
Rescheduling within less than 12 hours may be allowed only once and is subject to availability.
2. Cancellations & RefundsIf you cancel more than 12 hours before the consultation, a full refund (minus payment gateway fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you cancel within 12 hours, or fail to attend without notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If we (Nurtura Child Care) cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a 100% refund or free rescheduling, whichever you prefer.
3. Technical IssuesIf a technical issue (internet or video call failure) prevents completion of the session, we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
4. Payment GatewaysAll payments are processed securely through trusted gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal). Any processing or currency conversion fee is determined by the payment provider.
5. No Medical Emergency CareThese consultations are for non-emergency guidance. Refunds will not apply if you require emergency referral or hospitalization.
